In this exclusive clip obtained by PEOPLE, Anthony Geary’s alter ego goes to uncover some much-needed answers. Luke revisits his old childhood home, now abandoned. Memories flood back as Luke starts to remember the dark secret that took him over the edge in the first place. What on earth was it? And what is it about that door jam that jogs his memory? The special episode, airing Wednesday, is part of the 52nd anniversary celebration of the ABC sudser. In addition to the major Luke revelations, GH will also take viewers down memory lane by reenacting select scenes that from the show’s first episode, which aired April 1, 1963. Characters who appeared in the show’s first episodes will be portrayed by actors currently the in cast. For example, Jason Thompson (Dr. Patrick Drake) will play Dr. Steve Hardy, and Rebecca Herbst (Elizabeth Webber) will play Nurse Jesse Brewer. General Hospital airs weekdays on ABC.
